ERmaster

The ERmaster is the standard range of parallel helical and bevel helical gearboxes that can be used in horizontal and vertical applications.

CMD also offers drop-in replacement reducers based on the standard ERmaster internal design with engineered & fabricated housings to suit the existing installation parameters.

• Gears are made of high quality case hardened steel, designed for 100,000 h lifetime.
• Weight : up to 20 tons.
• Reduction ratio up to 500.
• Range from 1 to 4 reduction stages.
• Catalogue torque : from 10,000 to 1 million Nm.
• Cast iron casing, optimized by finite elements calculation. Welded casing for special applications and drop-in replacements.
• Optimised bearings, selected from first class bearing suppliers.
• Lubrication by splash or with spray lubrication unit.
